At CartoonNetworkShop.com our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return any new DVD for any reason within 30 days for a refund or store credit. DVDs must be in their original, unopened factory shrink wrap to be accepted back for a refund or store credit. A damaged or defective title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
How to Return an Item
Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM CartoonNetworkShop.com CAN BE RETURNED TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING DVDs AND BLU-RAYS) PURCHASED AT OTHER RETAILERS.
